Come join us for a deeply rejuvenating hypnosis journey that will feel like a beautiful spring cleanse for your inner world.If you have lots of thoughts swirling around your mind and are feeling a little overwhelmed or weighed down, this is for you.
Throughout this inner journey, you will be guided to:

After a short introduction to hypnosis and the theme of this journey, I will invite you to lay down and cosy up for the hypnosis journey with some supportive props — blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided for you.
You can look forward to experiencing a blissful full-body relaxation while we work with hypnotic techniques, guided visualisations, and affirmations to create positive shifts in your subconscious.
To facilitate a gentle return to the present, there will be some space for integration after our journey. You are welcome to bring your journal or integrate in any other way that feels supportive.

✨ A little bit about hypnosis ✨
Hypnosis, as practised during this journey, is a transformative modality for healing and personal growth.
It is a mindfulness tool that helps us shift from our normal waking consciousness into a trance state. In this state of deep relaxation, our bodies can rest and restore, while we can move beyond our conscious mind and tap into the realm of the subconscious. This allows us to change our internal blueprint in positive ways and rewire the way we think and feel.
