Target Audience:
Any individual who works with families or supports those who work with families (admin, front of house, project workers etc)
CREATING SPACE
Allowing professionals the time and space to gather their thoughts, gain support and access tools to enable them to proactively approach their professional time with vigour and passion.
Creating Space focuses specifically around those who work with families, it will enable and empower practitioners to create space and pin points for their own mental health and wellbeing therefore ensuring they are the best support they can be. Using frameworks based on mindfulness, project management and change management the Creating Space session will develop mechanisms for practitioners to use in their professional and personal lives.
Early Help is about giving the right help at the right time through the right channels, creating space offers that same service to practitioners.

• Understanding how early help for all includes practitioners and staff
