About our instructor: Jack is a US Army Veteran who has lived in the Phoenix area for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the Arizona Culinary Institute and is a private chef after many years working in the restaurant industry. His love of cooking was his path to gardening where he incorporates the highest quality, freshest ingredients. He is a Garden Coach for the parts of the Valley closest to our Phoenix store, and a Certified Master Gardener through Maricopa County Cooperative Extension. His gardening passions include plumerias, adeniums, all edible plants and fruit trees—including a wide variety of tropical fruits growing in his back yard. His front yard is a certified National Wildlife Habitat & Native Pollinator Garden.
