Sometimes it feels as if modern life is so crowded and busy that there is very little or no space within our mind to cope with all that is going on around us.
On this retreat learn how to create inner space through meditation – a space in which we can find inner peace and relaxation and in which we can work on improving ourself and being there for others. This is a space we can carry with us all the time, giving us flexibility and choice in our interactions with others, and agility in dealing with life’s difficulties.

About the teacherKadam Ai Peng McBretney is the Resident Teacher of Duldzin Dragpa KBC and has trained in Kadampa Buddhism for many years under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. Drawing from her own experience of applying Buddha’s advice in daily life, she shares the teachings in a warm, practical way that helps people see how to bring peace, happiness, and meaning into their everyday activities.
