Creating Connections
At Evolve Wellbeing Psychology, we understand that building a strong foundation in childhood is key to fostering emotional resilience, confidence, and meaningful relationships throughout life. Our Creating Connections workshops are designed to help children explore their unique identity, nurture their emotional well-being, and develop the skills they need to form positive, healthy connections with themselves and others.
Through the powerful combination of bibliotherapy, creative expression, and guided self-exploration, this group program offers children a safe, supportive space to grow and thrive. Each session is thoughtfully designed to engage children in both reflection and action, helping them develop the tools they need to create connections with confidence.
Topics We Will Explore:
🌏Building Self-Esteem & Embracing Self-Identity🌏
Helping children understand who they are and celebrate their individuality.
🌸Understanding and Managing Emotions🌸
Teaching emotional awareness and regulation for healthy emotional expression.
✨Practicing Self-Care & Well-Being✨
Encouraging children to prioritise their mental and physical health.
☀️Fostering Inclusivity & Belonging☀️
Promoting empathy, acceptance, and understanding of diverse perspectives.
🎵Nurturing Connections & Healthy Relationships🎵
Supporting children to form positive, respectful relationships with peers, family, and community.
