Welcome to Creating Calm (For Spicy Kids & Their Families):A workshop to walk you through regulating the nervous system, deactivating flight-or-flight and bringing peace and wellbeing into your home. Created with love, by me, for other mindfully aware parents.
This workshop is specifically designed for Neurodiverse families, however most people who struggle with regulation, chronic overwhelm, stress or mental health may find this workshop to be beneficial to them and their families. Creating Calm (For spicy kids and their families) is designed for parents, with information that is easily utilized for children, teens and adults.
Join me on either Thursday May 9th, or Thursday June 13th at the Meridian Community Centre in Fonthill. This facility is fully accessible. Light refreshments will be available.
