About this Event

Creating and Maintaining Healthy Friendships is hosted by Girls In The Know's "Girls In Action" group, and is welcoming counselor Kristel Mabie to lead an education event which focuses on healthy friendships for adolescent girls. This event is open to girls 10-18 years of age who are interested in learning skills to be a good friend, manage conflict, communicate effectively, and maintain connections with others. The girls will engage in discussion and activities to highlight what qualities make a good friend, how to problem solve, and techniques to navigate challenges such as gossiping and bullying. Join us to learn, talk, and meet other girls from the St. Louis community!
