In this training we will discuss the importance of the environment and how it affects children and behavior management in group care. We will discuss program set up, routines, rituals, and consistency. We will discuss how these items will affect behaviors. We will discuss techniques to use to provide consistency in the program. Participants will earn 2 MOPD hours.
