About this Event
In this engaging learning opportunity, Creating a Culture of Wellness and Strategies for Organizational Change, those in formal leadership roles will examine the role of leadership, discover innovative ways to nurture positive workplace culture, explore best practices for improving work-life balance, and authentically recognize staff efforts. Working collaboratively, participants will develop action plans for implementing wellness initiatives within their organization
Leaders will:
- receive a pre-recorded session with overview of strategies prior to the event
- analyze the impact of leadership on organizational culture and employee well-being, exploring effective leadership practices that promote a positive and supportive workplace environment.
- learn innovative approaches for fostering a culture of wellness within their organization, including techniques for promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration among staff members.
- will examine current research and evidence-based strategies for improving work-life balance among employees, identifying practical interventions and policies to support staff well-being and productivity.
- will explore the importance of authentic recognition in boosting morale and motivation among staff members, learning how to design and implement meaningful recognition programs that celebrate individual and team accomplishments.
