In this interactive Lunch & Learn, Dr. Carrie Nolan will introduce the CARE framework (Community, Action, Reflection, Environment) as a practical tool for creating a climate of care at work. Through discussion, a hands-on exercise, and a case study, participants will explore how CARE practices can increase staff loyalty, improve recruitment, and strengthen workplace culture. Everyone will leave with concrete strategies to put into practice in their own business.
