Create Your Space is an intentional healing experience led by the clinicians of Yapriah Life & Healing PLLC, designed to provide a safe, creative outlet for all navigating stress, transition, or simply looking to reconnect with themselves in a new way.

This art therapy series is centered around coloring as a medium for self-expression and relaxation. It’s a childlike, healthy way for people to decompress. Research continues to show that creative engagement can significantly reduce stress and promote emotional wellness.

Through the therapeutic power of color, creativity, and community, you’ll engage in simple art that promotes emotional wellness, self-awareness, and restoration — no artistic experience required.

This special edition is hosted in partnership with Triangle Coffee House, a Black-owned coffee shop and community gem — the perfect setting to celebrate Black Business Month and nurture meaningful connection in a beautiful, welcoming space.
