In this Event:
From all the relationships we have in life, none is as important as the one we have with ourselves. Yet for many of us, that inner relationship is shaped more by self-criticism and judgment than by compassion and support.
This two-hour, hands-on workshop is an invitation to slow down and intentionally practice a more supportive inner voice. Together, we’ll explore how the way we talk to ourselves impacts our self-esteem, emotional well-being, and the decisions we make in everyday life.
If the idea of writing kind or encouraging messages to yourself feels hard, uncomfortable, or even emotional, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure this out on your own. Throughout the workshop, I’ll guide you step by step, offering examples, prompts, and gentle structure to help you find words that feel real, personal, and meaningful to you. You will not be expected to “get it right” or come up with everything on your own.
Together, we’ll create a Self-Support Jar by crafting thoughtful messages you can turn to during both good times and challenging moments. This is about learning how to speak to yourself with the same care and understanding you so easily offer others.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a jar filled with self-written messages enough to support yourself week by week throughout the year, and a practical self-compassion practice you can continue long after the workshop ends.
No writing experience needed, just a willingness to show up as you are.
