Welcome to "Create Your Phase" by Sacred Solutions Art, a guided art meditation experience specially designed for you to create a physical display of the unique & beautiful "phase" of your life that you're in by learning how to make your very own crystalized abstract pour painting.
Each class is intentionally aligned with the Full Moon Phases of the Lunar Calendar for us to anchor & honor the energy that arises with each moon cycle.
Create Your Phase is beautifully becoming an enriched community of expressive healers that come together to share their art. Each experience is different and combines a variety of healing modalities such as intuitive art expression, sound healing, gentle yoga flow, silk fan dancing, tarot card readings, energy healing sessions, Reiki, breathwork, and more!
What's Included?
-Each experience begins with a movement medicine to help us feel comfortable & safe within our physical bodies. Some examples of our movement medicine practices are a gentle yoga flow, breathwork exercises, & silk fan dancing guided by a special guest instructor.
-We then begin our guided meditation & sound healing experience to encourage each attendee to create from their own intuition while finding a sense of peace & relaxation by recovering & enhancing the unique artistic potential that already resides within them.
-Within the session, students will create a 12" inch circular painting with 3 different colored paints, embellishments of natural earth elements including, locally sourced sand, healing gemstones, and authentic crystals.
-Sound - Healing music will be provided.
-Plant-medicine herbal tea & small snacks are provided for each class.
-Silk fan performances by @airtheflowgi
-Stay & mingle for a while. We will provide bonfires, music, and vendors after class for us all to enjoy the evening & bond together as a community. Although refreshments, snacks & s'mores are always provided, guests are welcome to bring their own picnic dinner & drinks to enjoy on our provided blankets & floor pillows.
