Make living your values more real and actionable by creating your very own "Welcoming Credo", a personal statement of beliefs, principles, or values. Participants will be encouraged to reflect on how they can personally welcome immigrants and refugees. Led by Victoria McWane-Creek, CEO of Organization 4 Full Participation and winner of the 2024 Minnesota Star Tribune Community Bridge Builder Award.
This event is part of Welcoming Week, a nationwide week to help communities become more welcoming to newcomers, immigrants and refugees. This event is supported by West Central Initiative, Pioneer PBS, Fergus Falls Public Library, and the Fergus Falls Human Rights and Public Arts Commissions.
