In this workshop, we will help you to build your own devotional practice— a routine that you can come to over and over again to help you touch back into the clarity that lives within. It is through consistent sadhana practices that we show up for ourselves – through the highs and lows, in pleasure and in pain.
This workshop will include:
-Lecture about Sadhana – what it is and why it’s important
-Exploring your own devotion
-Suggestions and examples of what your Sadhana practice might include
-108 bead Sandalwood Mala
You will also experience a full 60 minute Sadhana Practice:
-Silent Meditation
-Pranayama
-108 Japa Mantra Recitation
-Morning Form Movements
-9x Sun Salutations
Sadhana and the commitment to ritual practices, that we choose or that a teacher prescribes, brings us closer to ourselves and a deeper understanding of our mind, body, and soul.
