Join us at Neal’s Yard Remedies in Norwich on Valentine's Day for a sensory journey that explores our essential oils and their provenance. During this exclusive aromabalance workshop, you'll have the opportunity to select essential oils based on your sensory response to them through a 'blind trial', allowing memories, thoughts, and emotions to be evoked as you inhale each scent.

At the end of the session, the names of the essential oils will be revealed, and you'll be guided through the base oils suited to your skin type, followed by your favourite essential oils to create a bespoke Neal's Yard Remedies Massage Oil to take home with you.
