3.Design & Create Your Mala: Choose your beads, design your layout, and follow guided, step-by-step instruction to string and complete your own 108-bead mala.
Beginners welcome—no experience needed!
4.Experience Mala Meditation: Once your mala is complete, enjoy a guided meditation to learn exactly how to use it for breathwork, mantras, and daily mindfulness.
