About this Event

Come join us for a fun and creative art workshop where you can unleash your artistic side! In this session, we will be creating our own emotions wheel, while focusing on our theme of emotional well-being. It's a great way to relax, express yourself, and create something to take home.

Location: Pause's Digbeth Hub

For under 14's - Due to health and safety, a parent/carer must be present in the space - a separate area will be available, and parents/carers are also welcome to join in with the fun!

Over 14's are welcome to attend by themselves, however, will need to provide an emergency contact number if not already provided.

Please note that to take part in the workshops, children attending need to be registered with a Birmingham GP.

If a child under 14 attends with an adult without parental responsbilility, we will need to contact their parent to obtain consent for the child to take part in the workshop.

Once you have booked, please register with Pause using the link below. All attendees including siblings and parents attending will need to register. You will not need to register if you have been to Pause before for a session or are already registered.

Tickets for the workshop include both the parent and child/just child (if over 14), please specify if you plan to bring more than one child such as a sibling.

Pause is an Emotional Health and Wellbeing service for children and young people up to 25 years old. We run brief drop-in sessions (no referrals, assessments or bookings required!) to help children and young people express their feelings in a safe space and empower them by encouraging them to take ownership of their wellbeing and learn skills and strategies they can use independently to support this. Alongside this, we run a range of workshops to bring like-minded people together, teach them useful strategies and skills for wellbeing and show them what Pause is about!
