Join us for Create Wellness on Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM—a members-only event that explores the powerful connection between creativity and mental health.This engaging afternoon will feature Rachel Daack, Executive Director of Bluff Strokes Art Center, who will lead a hands-on artistic activity while sharing how creative expression can support emotional well-being and resilience.

3:00 – 3:30 PM: Welcome & conversation time
3:30 – 4:30 PM: Guest speaker and interactive activity with Rachel Daack
4:30 – 5:00 PM: Mental health update & conclusion
Light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be served. No artistic experience is required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to create, connect, and recharge.
