Begin the new year with a restorative blend of meditation, sound, and creative expression. In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll explore water calligraphy mats: a gentle, ephemeral painting practice where each brushstroke slowly fades away. This simple, soothing process becomes a meditation on presence, release, and learning to let go.

We’ll open with grounding breathwork, followed by a guided meditation on clarity and renewal. A crystal singing bowl sound bath will help deepen your relaxation before we transition into quiet, mindful painting.

All materials are provided, and no artistic background is required. Yoga mats will be available if you need one, or feel free to bring your own.
