Bring along your sewing machine and a friend (or two), and join us for a day of sewing and joey cuddles as you make joey pouches for local wildlife carers! Ticket price goes towards lunch on the day!
What to Expect:
- Community sewing: bring your skills and do your part in the company of fellow enthusiasts (and the joeys).
- Scenic surroundings: enjoy the tranquil beauty of our farm while you knit.
- Delicious treats: complimentary lunch with a selection of sweets, tea and coffee.
- All skill levels welcome: from beginners to experts, come share your passion and learn from others.
- You will receive the pattern for the pouch on the day!
What to Bring:
- Your sewing machine
- Scissors or cutting tools, cutting mats if you use them
- Fabric for Outer Pouches: Polar Fleece, Canvas, or hard wearing cotton (upholstery fabric)
