If you’d like to learn ways to rejuvenate, just come! If you have a craft or hobby, bring your materials and get some progress made on those projects you never make time for. We will have a puzzle table going for casual gathering. We have already arranged for some gals to tutor on crocheting and card making. What skills would you be willing to share?It’s important that we take time to renew ourselves! We will have a message before lunch, prepared by Nichole and Alicia.
More details to come, so mark "Going" or "Interested" to receive new updates as they are released. It will be helpful to know if you are coming, what activity you will be doing, if you need access to electricity, etc. There is no fee, and you can still come even if you have not RSVP'd.
Chair yoga sessions with Andi will begin at 10:30 and 1:30. please arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign up. Comfortable clothing suggested.
Deb Siggins will be doing some paraffin hand wax treatments. Times to be announced.
