Create & Meditate is a mindful, creative experience that blends gentle meditation with intentional art making. This workshop invites participants to slow down, turn inward, and explore creativity as a form of meditation.
The session begins with a short guided meditation to help ground the body and quiet the mind. Participants will then design a reusable canvas tote bag using mandala inspired patterns created with fabric markers and stamps. The focus is on presence, intuition, and enjoyment of the creative process rather than perfection.
Mandala making is a calming and meditative practice that supports relaxation, focus, and self expression. No art or meditation experience is needed. This class is suitable for all skill levels and abilities and is offered in a relaxed, no pressure environment.
While we will not get very messy, please wear clothing you do not mind risking a little paint or ink on.
