Create and Rest - An nourishing Autumnal afternoon retreat

A nourishing afternoon retreat to explore grounding and calming creativity, restorative rest, and seasonal connection, to support women's wellbeing
With our full lives, busy minds and digital habits, the space and capacity for slow and simple pleasures can feel out of reach.
We invite you to slow down, with intention, and make space for you.
To practice slowing down with late summer into Autumn, and nurture your energy to support those darker shorted winter days ahead.

YOUR AFTERNOON RETREAT
Sunday 20th October 2 - 6.30pm // Westbury Wildlife Park, Bristol.
Guided by yoga teacher Carolyn Thompson, and Macrame expert Emma Rogers, your peaceful afternoon will include:
- Grounding: outdoor mindfulness
- Soothing seasonal connection: journaling around an open fire (weather permitting)
- Mindful crafting: Create a colourful Macrame plant hanger in the cosy yurt
- Restorative Yoga: Gentle movement will settle us into a slow practice, using blankets and soft supports to explore a sense of ease in the present moment
- Restful Yoga Nidra : Non sleep deep rest meditation (a big cosy lay down)
- Teas and tasty vegan treats

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU...
...have lots, little or no experience of Macrame experience
....are new to, or very familiar with mindfulness, journaling or restorative yoga.
...long for a sense of slow, but have little quiet space for this in daily life
....identify as a woman
...small group situations are your vibe (or you're up for giving it a go)
...might enjoy the mindful, joyful and rewarding process of creating something by hand (you get to take your plant hanger home to enjoy, or gift, too )
...fancy coming solo and meeting new peeps, or want to enjoy with a mate

BOOKING VIA : www.yogawithcarolyn.co.uk/book-online
Booking is essential as this is a small group event.
