Create and Connect Festival in February 2025 is led by Rooted Arts CIC, kindly supported using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England and UK Shared Prosperity Fund via City of Lincoln Councilβs Community Chest Grant Scheme in Minster, Castle and Moorland wards. The project is also supported by Voluntary Centre Services as part of their Moorland Community Development Project, Bishop Grosseteste University at Ermine Library and Community Hub, and Alive Church as part of the Ermine Partnership Project, with funding from UK Shared Prosperity Fund via City of Lincoln Council.
