Join us for Create and Be: Capture the Invisible, a fun workshop where art becomes a bridge between the seen and the unseen. Using creative tools like watercolors, fingerpaints, stamp pads, and clay, we will explore how to make your sensations, emotions, and experiences visible. Through guided activities, you'll create visual representations of concepts like "hot," "sweet smells," "awe," and "sorrow," tapping into the power of art to express the intangible.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to:
- Playfully experiment with various artistic mediums.
- Understand and connect with your internal experiences in a new, visual way.
- Practice mindfulness techniques to ground and reflect on your lived experiences.
When we create visual identities for our internal sensations, we empower ourselves to make sense of them, tell their story, and integrate them into our human experience. This process can help reduce the grip of unhelpful emotional patterns and promote personal growth.
Who Should Attend:
Create and Be: Capture the Invisible is open to anyone aged 13 and older, with a special focus on adults who are:

No prior artistic or mindfulness experience is needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Facilitator:
Dr. Gaby Toloza, psychologist and mindfulness coach, will guide this session. With her passion for creating engaging and safe spaces for connection, Dr. Toloza combines her expertise with an inviting and accessible approach to mindfulness and creativity.
