Riverfront North is helping our friends at Heroic Gardens to create a lasagna garden that will prepare a 1-acre plot of land in Holmesburg for a Veteran-run sunflower field in 2025! Join us at Torresdale Avenue & Megargee Street for a hands-on workshop where you'll discover the secrets to building a thriving organic garden from scratch and play a part of something that's never been done before in the city limits!

Join the project lead, Army Veteran and Rodale Institute Farmer, Mike as we use this organic technique to help the soil restore and revive.
