About this Event
A Holiday experience co-hosted by Lululemon and Train Moment aimed at “Creating a Holiday Moment” for those who attend (Givers) and more importantly to families in need this Holiday season. We partnered with (a local organization working to end the cycle of poverty and violence in Chicago). They serve hundreds of families that need your help making their children's Christmas dreams come true.
Marillac St. Vincent Family Services Christmas Store, a 501c3, has been a holiday tradition for Chicago families in need for over 60 years. They have been able to make holiday wishes come true for thousands of children. Every year parents, grandparents, and child guardians are offered the chance to sign up for the Christmas Store. Registered families will get to “shop” for toys, stocking stuffers, books, games, clothes, and stuffed animals for each of their children and have their gifts wrapped. Finally, they will leave with a full bag of food – enough to make a big meal on their chosen holiday, complete with a turkey!
From now until the end of December we are raising monetary donations to support this amazing, local cause which impacts 100s of Chicago families in need each year.
If you'd like to bring an unwrapped gift for children 0-12 years old please bring to Train Moment by December 10th which is the date of our special session for Create a Holiday Moment!
