Using a fool proof method of making the pudding from scratch, Heritage baker, Gina Guth will share her secret technique using a thickener called Thermaflo. No boxed pudding for this advanced class.
You’ll watch a demonstration on making the 3 types of crust and after making your pie filling you will assemble it with a pre-made pie shell.
Students will learn how to make stabilized whipped cream for decorating and garnishing.
