Keeping a nature journal or sketchbook is a way to mindfully connect with your surroundings. Whether you record your observations in drawings, paintings, words, or a combination of these, developing a practice of witnessing the world around you strengthens connection to and appreciation of the natural world.
You do not need any skills…just bring your curiosity.
The class will introduce you to different types of nature journaling and you will be able to experiment with different media and techniques to see what type of journal suits you.
