CRE 101: Real Estate as a Client Service Business

The Future Leaders Committee is pleased to present the next in the series: CRE 101 - “Real Estate as a Client Service Business”. These sessions are meant to assist members in broadening industry knowledge across various topics. The moderated panel will share their experiences at different stages of their careers, followed by questions and answers.

Relationships with managers and colleagues will typically change throughout a career, but the client relationship is a common thread. Embracing strong skills and a passion for service early on can bring welcome success throughout a commercial real estate career. Moderated by Lauren Henderson (Senior Development Associate, Maclab Development Group) the panel, Angel Vara (Property Manager, York Realty), Jane Pascal (Vice President Investments, IPA), and Lisette Sluser (Business Development Manager, Ledcor) will discuss what they’ve learned in helping clients feel valued, supported and satisfied throughout their journey of property acquisition, leasing and as long-term commercial tenants. Client service in CRE is more than a transaction; it is an enduring partnership that fosters trust and growth in business.

This session is meant to be an introduction for newer industry members who may not have experience in this area, however, all members who want to learn more about this topic are invited to attend.
