The Crazy Ladies get together just about every Thursday to do whatever they want while visiting with one another and sometimes even ordering in lunch! What started out many years ago as a Crazy Quilt Class turned into a group that has met consistently on Thursdays. Some still quilt, some knit or crochet, some weave or make rugs, cross-stitch, or whatever they want. Some just come for the comradery.
The ONLY rule is "There are no rules."
Members attend free. (Membership is $50/year) Guest just pay museum admission of $6 adults/$4 for kids.
They are also very instrumental in helping to host the Quilt Show every August and September and having occasional fabric sales throughout the year to help this non-profit continue programs like this.
