Designed as a purposeful self check-in, Crave is both grounding and provocative, pushing the envelope of embodied sensual movement. With gentle but intentional guidance, you’ll explore cycles of energy, breath, and desire.
This offering is exclusively for women-identifying participants, creating a safe and expansive space for sensual exploration and continual reconnection.
Our sensual movement course blends intentional embodiment, fluidity, and pelvic-sacral awareness — a mix of grounding and slow indulgence.
Doors will open at 6:15 for soft entry and a slow start.
