Known for debunking diet myths and championing balance over restriction, she brings a fresh, modern perspective to the table — one that proves nourishing food can be both satisfying and crave-worthy.
For this special event, Steph, along with our culinary team, will present a multi-course dinner inspired by recipes from her new cookbook, Crave, Cook, Nourish. Each course reflects her philosophy: thoughtfully crafted dishes that highlight flavor, comfort, and nourishment without compromise.
Throughout the evening, Steph will share the stories and inspiration behind the recipes, offering insight into how these dishes fit into a balanced, sustainable approach to food and lifestyle.
Complementing the menu, paired wines personally selected and presented by Abby Cifarelli, a sommelier and founder of Sommnights, will accompany each course. Through Sommnights, Abby connects guests with thoughtfully curated wine experiences that emphasize storytelling, balance, and approachability. Her selections for the evening are designed to enhance each dish while creating a seamless harmony between food, wine and conversation.
