Back for it's 18th year, Cranksgiving York is a fun food drive by bicycle! Participants will plot your own route to as many of the stores as you'd like using the map provided, while buying the item/s on the list to bring back to the York County Food Bank by 11:30am. Riders typically travel 10-15 miles and spend $20-25, however you may ride to as many stores as you'd like and purchase what you can afford, there is no minimum to participate. Participating riders should be comfortable riding on open city streets and in potentially heavy traffic and be prepared to carry the items purchased back to the Food Bank.
A family friendly option is available that goes south on the York Heritage Rail Trail.
