• admission for one adult (there will be an option for youth and young adult admission price for ages 4-17 after 1/19/24. By signing up for this event, all registrants and participants associated with registrants, even minors to whom they are responsible, are participating at one's own risk. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of those in your household. We are not responsible for personal lateness or the inability to attend; we will take all precautions on our end to ensure that our sessions continue barring any unforeseen circumstances. Any reasonable accommodations needed to participate are the responsibility of the participant.

This registration also removes all liability associated with injury, lost items, or changes due to inclement weather from that of Dr. Janice Armstrong, Dr. Jai, the Dopest Doctor®, LiHK Consulting, LLC, Cranked Up Cardio®, Cranked Up Fitness™, DOPE fitness™ and ALL staff, persons, associates, Fox 45 affiliates providing services and assistance via this event, including the venue, DJ, fitness instructors, nor owners of fitness associate programs thereof.

All participants who register online and in person claim FULL personal liability and responsibility with the expectation that all health, medical, physical or fitness related circumstances have been cleared by a doctor prior to attending, which is highly recommended for your own health, safety and well-being.

However, ALL costs associated with an emergency situation involved in one's own environment are the responsibility of the participant and the participant's insurance or other cost means to satisfy the cost of an emergency.

Other than circumstances indicated via participant contact, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If the event is rescheduled for any reason, tickets that are paid will transfer to the new event. In the event of rescheduling, price transfer does not apply to the individual weekly classes as they are provided by individual facilities and independent contractors. If the event occurs as planned, all purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE as all participants, venues, and supported purchases for the event have been made. The inability to attend, though understandable, is not the liability of the event planners and those who support the event. Non-attendance does not create a case for refund.
