-Election of Directors
- In accordance with the bylaws, all directors retire at the Annual General Meeting.
- The Society must elect a minimum of five (5) directors, including the officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer).
- Prior to nominations, the membership will determine by ordinary resolution the number of directors to be elected for the coming year (not fewer than five).
- Separate elections will then be held for each office, followed by elections for the remaining director positions.

Notice is hereby given to all members of the Cranbrook Pride Society in accordance with the bylaws.
Members in good standing are eligible to vote and to stand for election to the Board.
