Rooms in the block will be 85 per night for a king or 2 doubles
What is included with your registration fee:
A 6ft table
Pizza dinner on Friday night (all other meals on your own)

Free continental breakfast with your hotel reservation!
Pool and hot tub for those staying at the hotel.
PRICE
Price for your cropping space is $45!!
$20 non-refundable deposit is due at sign up.
Note: The price does not include the hotel room, food, or drink except dinner Friday Night.
Payment will be required 45 days prior to the event. You will have 3 days to make your payment or your reservation will be canceled.
IF you do not do friends and family for Paypal or Venmo, and I incur fees, you will be responsible for paying those.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel, you must do so 30 days prior to the event for a $20 refund. Any cancellations after 30 days prior to the event will be refunded $20, ONLY if someone on the waiting list agrees to take your spot. NO EXCEPTIONS!
WAITING LIST
If I have a cancellation I will open it up to a waitlist. You will be contacted via messenger and you will have 24 hours to respond. If you do not get back to me within those 24 hrs, I will move to the next on the list.
