Adult support & participation : All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the session. While supporting adults do not need a ticket for entry, they are welcome to join in the activities. However, participation in the activities requires a pre-paid ticket.
Child-to-Adult Ratio: A maximum of three children is allowed per adult.
Dress Code: Chemistry can get messy, so please ensure you are dressed suitably, we recommend long hair to be tied back.
Indulge in our festive treats! Enjoy hot chocolate, mince pies, and gingerbread men available for purchase throughout the day. Plus, all-day ticket holders receive a complimentary hot drink and a choice of either a mince pie or a gingerbread man

- Event Duration: The event will last approximately 2.5 hours.
- Age Range: Suitable for children aged 4-12 years.
Terms and Conditions:
- Ticket Purchase: All tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door.
- Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another child or adult.
- Supervision: We will be using flamable materials, electricty,water and chemical reacions withexplosions. therefore adults are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the event.
- Safety Measures: All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the event staff.
- Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property

Please be aware that photographs and/or videos will be taken throughout the event. By participating, you grant the event organizers full rights to use any images or footage captured for social media, printed and online publicity, funding applications, press releases, and other purposes that support the center’s goals.
If you or your child prefer not to be visible in these materials, kindly inform a team member upon arrival. We will provide a high-visibility vest for you or your child to wear during the event to ensure you are not included in any photographs or videos.
