Come learn a new craft every month at Crafty Adults!From creating nature mandalas for mindfulness to using nature itself as an art medium, this month is all about creativity with the natural world. Perfect for National Stress Awareness month!
Lydia Bruhn is a clinical mental health counseling intern at Hope-Centered Wellness group, pursuing her masters with a concentration in Art Therapy. She loves getting into the flow with a creative project, a good book, or just hanging out with loved ones.
Registration opens April 1 at 9:00 am (closes April 8). Registration is required.
These workshops are very popular and "sell out" quickly. Here are the details:
• Classes are limited to 40 participants.
• There is a small waitlist n case there are last-minute cancellations.
• Craft supplies are provided.
• Light Refreshments will be provided for "Happy Hour" from 6-6:30 pm.
• Instruction will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.
