About this Event
Here's the deal:
So first up, you'll get a pint or two from the bar, perhaps chat to Nathan who will bore you about which beers he's made that week that are actually any good. You can also order a pie and chips to have during the break if you fancy it. Arrive literally anytime before 7.45pm.
By 8pm, you'll take a seat, and our expert M/C for the evening, Aaron Williams, will be getting the night going. He's harmless though, and actually very good, so don't worry about sitting in the front row.
Opening the line up, you'll see Max Ponsonby, desperately trying to convince his parents this comedy thing is going to work out. Although, he might have a point, having just performed at a 350 seater theatre in Bromsgrove last month.
He'll be followed by Archie Dunnett, who quite frankly is just attention seeking at this point, and doesn't realise that nearly a year of singing a song about a meerkat on stage is really starting to put his girlfriend off. Got him a trophy at the Project Mayhem comedy awards this year though...
Just before 9pm, we'll have a short interval to break the seal. Grab another pint or three. Oh, and if you ordered a pie and chips, this is when you scran that.
Going into the second half you'll have James Jarvis. James describes himself as "alternative", whatever that means. Usually that means it's brilliant but you spend your time wondering why you're enjoying it so much..
To finish you off (winky face) we have Our Headliner: Johnathan Hipkiss! Johnathan has had endorsement from Jack Whitehall, Jon Richardson, and has won a multitude of awards. Hence why he is pocketing the headliner fee. Go Johnny go.
Last entry is 7.45pm, show starts promptly at 8pm, and will be finishing at 10pm.
If that isn't enough, throughout the night, we will also be gracing you with FREE SAMOSAS! Oh we are spoiling you aren't we. You lucky little lot...
