As seasons shift, so do we. Join us for a unique workshop designed to align your spirit and empower your journey into winter.
Our experience will begin with a walking meditation, guided by Crystal Eshanov of Sage & Sound Holistic Wellness. As we move slowly, we'll observe nature's subtle changes, followed by opportunities for reflection and sharing, warm herbal tea, and a thoughtful offering back to the land.
Following our mindful movement, we'll participate in a liberating release around a fire to ignite our inner voice and creativity. Cristina Link from Inner Link Artistry will guide us in a creative exploration of color, breath, and release. Using our hands and voice, we'll spark the fire within as we create a small intuitive painting, gaining an understanding of our colors' meaning as we paint.
As we enjoy the light of the fire, you'll create your own handcrafted ritual broom for cleansing and protection. These brooms also make beautiful altar or home decorations.

To end our time together we will participate in a Tree Ceremony. Each participant is invited to dedicate a gratitude ribbon to an elder tree on the land. Together we will celebrate the tree by making an offering and adorning the tree with gratitude ribbons.
