Our lives follow cycles within cycles but in our modern experience, we have forgotten this knowledge and way of being in the world.This workshop offers an introduction to the Four Shields of Human Nature, a rites of passage framework that draws upon ancient wisdom and offers a map for our modern lives, one that is connected to land, community and spirit and presents opportunities for growth and nourishment.
Reflecting on the Shields through a contemplative walk, participants will be invited to craft their own nature talisman to take with them into the coming cycle.
Woven throughout the day will be embodied practices of guided meditation, song, sharing circle and ritual.
Nourishing afternoon tea and all materials are provided. This is an inclusive space and all are very welcome to attend.
