Become a confident at-home bartender in this 2-hour workshop offered by Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance featuring Brendan Town, local Atlanta mixologist (photo below).
In this workshop you will learn how to to stock a basic home bar, understand the fundamentals of mixing, and craft two holiday-inspired cocktails created by Mr. Town.
The class includes a segment on making simple syrup from scratch, infusing flavors with garden-fresh herbs, spices and fruit, and topping it off with beautiful garnishes. Recipes for the cocktails created will be provided to attendees.
This class is a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday, a special date night, or for a fun adult evening out!
A Note from Brenden Town: I am Craft Cocktail Expert and host with 14 years of experience mastering the art of the perfect pour. As a seasoned Beverage Manager, I've spent my career crafting memorable moments, not just for guests, but for my students. I specialize in breaking down complex techniques into fun, approachable steps, ensuring every attendee leaves my class ready to shake, stir, and impress with their own signature drinks.
About Your Event Host: Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance operates the Legacy Park Community Garden and the Ability Garden that connects adults living with long-term disabilities to gardening for learning, wellness and community connection. Proceeds from this class will help to fund the free programs offered at the Ability Garden.
