Our Crafters Flea Market is
February 28th - MARCH 1st from 10-6pm...Shopping is FREE
unless you want to pay $15 for early-bird, which goes on sale January 2, 2025 at 10AM
Save the important dates...
*February 25th-27th 2024 -VENDORS Drop off items to participate & must bring $10 contract signed & dated.
*Drop off items from 10AM-2PM Tuesday-Thursday Only.
February 28, 2025 Friday Morning Early Bird ($15 pre-paid) hours 8:00 am to 10 am goes on sale January 2, 2024!
****Please bring your own heavy duty reusable shopping bags that can hold paper, tools, etc. that you purchase.

Vendor information:
*Vendors DO NOT need to be present in order to participate.
However, some successful Vendors do come Saturday & mark down their items if they are not selling like they hoped for. Pricing it to sell like a garage sale is important. If you are thinking of pricing a stamp at half off, this is not your venue, as our shoppers are on the hunt for great deals!
*There is a $10 non-refundable Vendor Fee to participate in the Crafters Flea Market, which can be paid on the website.
This must be paid by Feb 22, 2025 by 5PM in order to obtain your Vendor # code.
*A three (3) digit vendor (seller) code will be assigned to each vendor.
*We will issue you a vendor code & email it to you within a few days of signing up.
*If you participated as a vendor at our last Flea, you can keep your same number after fee is paid.
*All items must be clearly marked with the vendor # code and the sale price.
* It’s All About the Scrapbook is not responsible for any stickers that fall off. Any items with no vendor code/price will become It’s All About the Scrapbook property.
***We recommend items be placed in clear ziplock bags & taped shut with the vendor code & price CLEARLY written with a sharpie marker.
*We will NOT be doing additional markdowns like we did in the past so be sure to price it to SELL!!! You however, can come in anytime Friday & Saturday and mark down your items if you wish.
*No single sheets of paper can be sold. Please bundle your papers and place in a clear bag, sealed, labeled and priced.
*Vendor should ensure that items to be sold are in working order and include all pieces.
*If vendor would like their boxes or bins returned when Flea items were delivered in, they should be marked with the vendor code as well as the number of boxes, e.g. ### box 1 of 4, etc. & they MUST be picked up by Tuesday, MARCH 4, 2025 by 6pm!!!
***Your Vendor code & form will be sent to the email you provided. It must be printed, signed & dated at drop off.
***Your Flea Market items must be ready to go before we except them.
*ALL ITEMS THAT DID NOT SELL WILL BE GOING BACK HOME WITH YOU!!! YOU MUST pick them up by
Tuesday, MARCH 4th by 6pm!!! NO EXCEPTIONS as we need our room back to normal on TUESDAY, MARCH 4th BY 6PM!
*It’s All About the Scrapbook will retain 30% of the total amount sold by each vendor.
The remainder (70%) will be given to the vendor as store credit to use at our store & on our website.
*No Refund of any fee if you cancel.
*All sales are FINAL.
