We're excited to introduce CRAFTED, our new independent Makers Market located in the heart of Wakefield.CRAFTED has been carefully curated by The Art House Retail Manager, the event will be taking over our Main Gallery on 26 April. We’ll be showcasing hand-crafted products from local Designer-Makers, including textiles, ceramics, jewellery, printmaking and more—all available for purchase.
You'll have the chance to shop from 20+ unique makers all in one place!
CRAFTED also coincides with our Open Studios event. Visitors can explore our Artist studios, wander through our Grade II Listed Building—formerly the Carnegie Library—and join free creative activities in our Maker Spaces throughout the day. The event is ideal for families, and dogs are welcome too!
When you're ready for a break our Coffee House will be serving drinks, delicious lunches and sweet treats all day long, with a special selection of baked goods from Cellar Door Bakery.
