WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Learn to build, mix, stir and shake craft cocktails- all tropical themed from 4 different regions of the tropical world. All cocktails are made with Accompani, our line of liqueurs, amaro, and vermouth.
- Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
- Get acquainted with some mixology terminology
- Hear a little tropical and tiki cocktail history and where each drink originated
- Learn the proper glassware, ice and techniques for garnish drinks
