- Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
- Rum blending
- Hear a little cocktail history on each style of libation and where it originated
- Learn the proper glassware and techniques and supplies to garnish your lovely libation
