About this Event
Craft Day for Children Affected by the LA Wildfires
Sunday February 2, 2025 – 10:00am to 1:00pm
About this event:
3 hours, free, ages 6-12.
Two Faced Ceramics is opening its doors to children whose families were impacted by the fires, offering a few hours of creativity, levity, and happiness in these hard times.
If your family has been displaced and you need a few hours this weekend to yourselves – whether that is to get more supplies, figure out arrangements for the future, stop by a FEMA station, or just process your grief – you can sign up to one (or both) of our craft workshops this Sunday.
We will be painting tote bags and doing other fun crafts that the children can take home with them at the end of the session.
You can feel free to drop your child off and go run some errands, or go to one of the many cafes with Wi-Fi in the neighborhood.
All materials have been donated; this is a free workshop. We only require some proof that you are from one of the affected areas (just as simple as proof required to get a library card).
Spaces are unfortunately limited, but we will try to accommodate as many people as possible.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] the subject line: CRAFT DAY.
