Design and Technology has driven the creation of every great British Car. Dive into this world for yourself this Half-Term from 15-23 February at the British Motor Museum with a whole week of fun activities.
First join our new friends at ‘FUZE’ to learn the basics of coding and build a car-themed game using their special FUZE4 Nintendo Switch®. Then try a different way to create a fantastic design by building an ingenious ArtBot!
Next explore the Museum with two fun family trails! Take a hands-on trip through the Museum with the ‘It’s All In The Detail’ Family Trail as you uncover the features that make our cars. You can also embark on the magical ‘Tourmaline and the Museum of Marvels Trail’ based on the book to help Tourmaline and her friends find magical objects across the collection.
If you need a break join Professor Pickle and Doctor Pumpkin in the not-so-secret lab for a series of mind-blowing experiments all around the theme of pairings. If that wasn’t enough our resident car designers Dottie and Dougie have prepared a special family tour focusing on technology in the collection.
